01 · The Concept

A reward-led product discovery ecosystem.

The core design is simple: reward recurring visits, let users build a kit using coins rather than displayed prices, and turn brand engagement into an entertaining daily, weekly and monthly habit.

01

Install

User receives 300 Free Credit Coins when the app is installed.

02

Visit Daily

Each eligible daily visit adds 50 Free Credit Coins to the wallet.

03

Reach 1,500

At the threshold, the user can start creating a preferred product kit.

04

Select Products

Listings show required coins, not price tags. Selected items deduct coins from the wallet.

05

Participate

Users enter the monthly kit opportunity and can earn a double entry through eligible video engagement.

06

Win & Return

The monthly draw and Sunday game create repeat excitement and reasons to return.

No price tag.

A different discovery behavior.

Product listings communicate the number of coins required. For example, when a user with 1,500 coins adds a 100-coin product, the wallet balance reduces to 1,400 coins. This shifts the interaction from conventional price comparison toward reward-driven product selection and kit building.

6

Monthly Kit Draw

On the 6th day of each month, a lucky draw selects 300–500 kit winners, subject to final rules and eligibility conditions.

Double Entry

Eligible commercial-video engagement can provide additional free coins and a second monthly participation opportunity.

Sunday Red Dot Challenge

Sixteen products carry a red dot. The first 25 users to add all marked products within the designated time win a complimentary sponsored kit.

02 · Market Potential

Designed around frequency, attention and consumer choice.

GetMyKit sits at the intersection of consumer rewards, product discovery, digital advertising and gamified engagement. Its strongest market proposition is not a single transaction; it is the opportunity to create frequent, measurable consumer interactions.

Why the Model Can Be Attractive

  • High-frequency trigger: daily free coins create a recurring reason to open the app.
  • Choice-led rewards: users build a preferred kit rather than receiving only a fixed coupon or generic prize.
  • Brand integration: sponsored videos, games, kits and product placements can convert marketing budgets into measurable engagement.
  • First-party preference signals: product views, selections and kit additions can provide useful aggregated campaign insights.
  • Multiple engagement cycles: daily coins, weekly gaming and monthly draws diversify retention triggers.

03 · Competitive Landscape

Competing for consumer attention — not just transactions.

The closest alternatives come from quick-commerce apps, cashback/reward platforms, loyalty programs and contest-based engagement products. GetMyKit differentiates through the combination of coin accumulation, user-built kits and scheduled engagement events.

05 · Financial Framework

Monetize engagement inventory, not user entry fees.

A sustainable model should balance brand-funded revenue with the cost of kits, logistics, technology, acquisition and customer operations. The following revenue architecture provides multiple commercial levers.

Splash / Entry AdvertisingHigh-visibility app inventory sold through CPM, takeover or category sponsorship.
Daily Coin SponsorshipBrand exposure connected to the daily reward claim moment.
Reward VideoSponsored commercial video tied to additional engagement or double-entry benefits.
Sunday Game SponsorshipBrand-backed Red Dot Challenge and complimentary kit prizes.
Monthly Kit SponsorshipPartner products and funding for monthly kit winners.
Featured Product CampaignsProminent placement, discovery campaigns and sampling opportunities.
Brand PartnershipsCampaign packages across video, display, games and kit integration.
Aggregated AnalyticsPrivacy-conscious reporting on product interest, campaign engagement and preference patterns.

Illustrative Monthly Scenario Planner

Adjust the Daily Active Users, number of Thaluks, and ad impressions to estimate monthly advertising revenue. The calculator follows the proposal formula: Monthly Active Users × Areas × Ad Impressions × ₹0.20.

Revenue = Monthly Active Users × Total Areas × Ad Impressions × ₹0.20

06 · Marketing Strategy

Acquire users with value. Retain them with cycles.

The marketing system should create an immediate reason to install, a daily reason to return, a weekly reason to compete and a monthly reason to stay engaged.

A

Launch

Performance marketing, referral programs, creator partnerships, local-language content and a strong “300 free coins” installation proposition.

R

Retention

Daily coin reminders, wallet progress, kit milestones, personalized product suggestions and monthly countdowns.

G

Game-Led Reach

Use the Sunday Red Dot Challenge as a recurring social-content moment with sponsor amplification and winner stories.

B

Brand Sales

Sell measurable campaign packages with clear KPIs: reach, video completion, product views, selections, kit additions and repeat visits.

Suggested rollout roadmap

PHASE 01 · 0–3 MONTHS

Build & Validate

Finalize UX, coin logic, legal framework, fraud controls, partner onboarding and pilot campaign inventory.

PHASE 02 · 4–9 MONTHS

Pilot & Measure

Track acquisition cost, DAU/MAU, coin redemption behavior, kit economics, sponsor response and delivery performance.

PHASE 03 · 10–18 MONTHS

Scale Density

Deepen brand participation, expand categories, improve personalization and optimize commercial inventory.

PHASE 04 · 18+ MONTHS

Expand Carefully

Replicate the operating model in additional markets only after unit economics, trust and fulfillment quality are proven.

07 · Potential Challenges & Solutions

Trust, economics and execution will determine scale.

The engagement concept is compelling, but the platform must be designed to prevent reward-only churn, fraud, cost overruns and ambiguity around promotional mechanics.

Users install only for rewards

Response: build layered daily, weekly and monthly engagement; personalize product discovery; reward meaningful return behavior rather than one-time installs.

Cost of 300–500 monthly kits

Response: secure sponsored products, negotiated procurement, category partners and campaign funding before scaling winner volumes.

Advertising becomes intrusive

Response: use frequency caps, clear opt-in reward video, limited high-value placements and strict campaign quality controls.

Fake accounts or game automation

Response: OTP verification, device intelligence, rate limiting, fraud scoring and server-side validation of challenge completion.

Draw credibility and user trust

Response: publish clear rules, eligibility criteria, winner verification, audit logs and transparent winner communication.

Legal and regulatory complexity

Response: obtain professional legal review before launch for promotional rules, tax, consumer protection, advertising standards, data privacy and state-specific requirements.

Fulfillment delays or stock mismatch

Response: maintain supplier SLAs, reserve inventory for campaigns, define substitutions clearly and provide shipment tracking with proactive support.

08 · Investment Logic

A platform where consumer attention becomes measurable brand value.

GetMyKit’s long-term potential depends on proving three things simultaneously: consumers return frequently, brands fund engagement because it produces measurable outcomes, and reward/fulfillment costs remain disciplined.

If those conditions are validated, the model can evolve from a reward application into a broader consumer engagement and product-intelligence platform.
